How to Create a Tilt Shift Image

This shows you exactly how to take an image and create a Tilt-Shift type of distortion to your image. In a mater oa minutes you have the desired result from a Photograph taken from an upper altitude. The voice-over is a bit low on this video, so you might need to turn the sound up a bit.
