Julio Cesar creates some really awesome artwork. You can find him on Facebook, Behance and Instagram for starters. He draws and paints carictures, sometimes from photographs that look just great.
The whimsical soft touch and happy go lucky style just adds an air of freshness, not grungy art but clean fun illustrations. Julio was pretty excited and even wrote a post pointing out that his work was shared by Ashton Kushner on Facebook.
